By creating an account or using future1community.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

The student membership is intended for users 17 and older, or younger users enrolled by a parent, guardian, or partnering school.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@future1community.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, or bypass security. Employers must post legitimate opportunities and treat student applicants with respect.

Payments

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. See our refund policy.

Compensation

Future1 is not the payment processor for student compensation. Employers pay students directly when compensation applies. Scholarships provide full access when funds are available.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit to your portfolio. You grant Future1 a limited license to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future1's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
