For employers

Participating is easier than you think.

Most companies that decline a school partnership are not saying no to students. They are saying no to an unclear ask, an unknown time cost, and a contact who may not answer next month.

Future1 is the partnership office behind the district. We define the ask, confirm the schedule, prepare the student, and stay responsible for the relationship after the first visit is over.

What participating actually takes

Start at the level you can sustain.

Lowest commitment first. These are planning ranges drawn from how these formats are normally run, not a contract. Your actual commitment is written into the agreement before anything is scheduled.

The real questions

Answered plainly.

Someone on our side supervises, and you know who before day one

Every placement has a named supervisor on your side and a named Future1 contact on ours. The expectation is written down before anyone shows up.

The commitment is defined, not open ended

Every opportunity has a format, a date range, a student count, a supervisor expectation, and an end point before we ask you to agree. Renewal is an explicit decision, not a default.

Students arrive prepared

The district handles instruction. Future1 confirms readiness: dress code, schedule, transportation, and what is expected of them.

Your staff time stays small

Future1 coordinates the scheduling, the confirmations, and the logistics with the district. You are not chasing a counselor for a start date.

What you get

Stated plainly, without idealism.

Exposure changes application behavior

Students apply to work they have seen. A two-hour tour makes an industry real in a way a career fair table cannot.

You shape the pipeline early

When you tell a CTE program what your entry roles actually require, the program can teach toward it before graduation instead of after.

Local retention is the quiet win

Young people who work locally while still in school are far more likely to imagine a local career.

Your team gains something too

Supervising a student is a low-risk leadership rep for a mid-level employee, and most partners tell us that surprise is the part they keep.

Employers see what supervision requires and nothing more. Grades, transcripts, discipline history, and household information never reach your inbox. Student records belong to the district and stay under district control. See the Trust Center.
