Coach Gospel
Helping young people build confidence, skills, and purpose for sports, work, and life.
Every young person deserves a coach who believes in them before they believe in themselves. Because success doesn't happen by chance. It grows through support, practice, and someone who won't give up.
Not sure where to start?
Answer a few questions and see where support is missing before you spend a dollar on anything.
For students
You do not have to figure this out alone.
Whether you want more playing time, a first job, or a plan for what comes after school, you get a coach who stays in your corner and a plan you can actually follow this week.
Your game
Ball mastery, first touch, decision-making, and the confidence to use them when it counts.
Your next step
Career direction, a resume you are proud of, and practice explaining what you offer.
Your resilience
Habits and honest self-talk that keep you moving when something goes wrong.
For parents
What your child gets, and what it costs you.
Team practice develops the team. The Player Development Plan develops the player. Coach Gospel works on the specific things your child needs between practices.

Two pathways. One four-week build.
Both workshops meet live once a week for four weeks. Your young person leaves with real, finished work they own, not a certificate of attendance.
Career Launch
The right first step when a young person needs momentum, direction, and something concrete to show.
AI Ready
Fits when they already have direction and want the skills that make them harder to replace.
Workforce coaching
For young people ages 16 to 24 who are deciding what comes next. We work on career direction, resume and interview preparation, and how to use AI tools well in real work settings. The goal is a young person who can explain what they offer and take the next step with a plan.
Resilience coaching
For young people working through setbacks, pressure, or a loss of confidence. We build daily habits, honest self-talk, and the ability to keep moving when something goes wrong. It is coaching and mentoring, not therapy or clinical care.

Meet Coach Gospel
Coaching isn't just what I do. It's who I am.
For most of my life, people have called me coach. On soccer fields, in classrooms, and in workforce spaces, my role has stayed the same: help young people discover what they're capable of and support them as they grow.
Former dean of students, work-based learning specialist, workforce coordinator, and coach. Success isn't about talent alone. It grows through confidence, preparation, practice, belief, and support.
I don't give up on kids. Every player and every student deserves a real chance and a coach who stays in their corner.
Growth depends on participation, practice, and many factors outside any coach's control. What I can promise is a clear plan, honest coaching, consistent support, and a coach who will continue showing up.
