For CTE, Work-Based Learning and Workforce Leaders
Create More Employer Opportunities Without Adding More Work to Staff
Future1 helps organizations expand employer partnership capacity through an Employer Opportunity Hub, Employer Partnership Management, and Employer Partnership System Design.
The health check takes about three minutes.
For districts
Expand employer partnership capacity without hiring another coordinator.
For students and families
Workshops and coaching that turn school into a first real opportunity.
For employers
Start where your capacity allows. One conversation, one student, one visit.

Founder
I spent part of my childhood in a refugee camp before rebuilding my life in the United States. No one succeeds alone.
People helped me at every step. A coach, a teacher, an employer willing to give a first chance. That is the whole reason this organization exists.
Schools and workforce organizations do not need more staff to create more opportunity. They need better systems, stronger employer relationships, and a partner who understands both education and the labor market.
Future1 was built to turn limited capacity into lasting career pathways, so the next young person meets the people who change their direction.

The capacity problem
Your team does not need to work harder. It needs more employer partnership capacity.
Most districts already have CTE directors, work-based learning coordinators, and career readiness leaders doing this work. The problem is that one person is often responsible for the entire ecosystem.
One overloaded column
- Employer outreach
- Relationship development
- Opportunity coordination
- Student coordination
- Communication
- Follow-up
- Tracking
- Reporting
- Partnership growth
When capacity gets stretched, employer partnership work becomes inconsistent and opportunities get missed.

Future1
Outreach, coordination, follow-up, tracking, and reporting.
Employers
One clear ask that fits the time they actually have.
We do not replace your team. We expand its capacity.
The employer side
Most employers want to help. They simply need an easier way to participate.
Employer interest does not automatically become internships, work-based learning, or employment. Employers have their own capacity challenges, and three questions decide almost every one of them.
How much time will this require?
Who will supervise the student?
What happens after we say yes?
Partnerships do not grow because employers suddenly have more time. They grow because participation is made easier.

The partnership journey
Every employer can start somewhere.
Employer engagement does not have to begin with an internship or a job. It begins with the smallest step an employer can actually take.
