What exactly is Future1 Community?

Future1 is an AI-powered CTE workforce readiness platform, an AI Project Lab where students use AI tools to solve real employer challenges, complete guided studio projects, and build a portfolio that proves they're workforce-ready. It is not a job board, not a video course library, and not only for IT students. AI is the skill thread that runs through every CTE pathway.

How does the student experience work?

Students enter the AI Studio, pick a real employer challenge in their pathway, use AI tools to build a solution, submit it for review, and earn AI skill badges and portfolio credits. Every completed project lands in their AI Portfolio, the cumulative record of what they've built and proven.

How do employers participate?

Employers post real business challenges (not job listings) starting at $250/month. Students across the relevant CTE pathway work on the challenge inside the AI Studio and deliver portfolio-quality solutions. Employers get real work, brand visibility, and a talent pipeline with no HR overhead.

Does Future1 cover all 14 CTE pathways?

Yes. From Health Science to Advanced Manufacturing, Business, Marketing, IT, Hospitality, Agriculture, HVAC and Skilled Trades, Human Services, the Arts, and beyond, every pathway has its own AI tools, employer challenges, and badge track. AI is integrated as a skill thread, not a separate subject.

How do schools and districts get started?

Does Future1 process student payments or payroll?

No. Future1 is not a payment processor and does not handle payroll, wages, or student compensation. When a challenge involves paid work, the employer compensates the student directly and is responsible for applicable wage, youth-employment, and internship rules.
