I am Gospel Kordah, founder of Future1 Community. I build the employer connections and the coaching that help young people land their first real opportunity, because someone once did that for me.
The origin line
I know what support can do because it changed my life.
I was born in Nigeria and spent years in a refugee camp. I came to the United States looking for stability, direction, and a place to belong. There were seasons of hunger, homelessness, and fear. But support showed up, and it showed up through people.

What those years taught me

I watched employers say yes once and never hear from us again. So I found the sequence that turns a first yes into a long-term partner. I call it The 5 Asks. I used it for years in schools and workforce centers before I named it.
