About Future1 Community

Built by an educator.
For every CTE student.

Future1 Community is the AI Project Lab for CTE students. We help young people in all 14 pathways use AI tools to solve real employer challenges, build portfolio-ready proof, and graduate workforce-ready - guided by a GCDF-certified educator with eight years inside public school systems.

Gospel Kordah - Founder, Future1 Community

Gospel is the founder of Future1 Community. After navigating homelessness, instability, and the challenges of entering the U.S. public education system without clear guidance, he learned early that effort alone is not enough.

Students don't just need motivation. They need structure, exposure, and practical skills they can apply in real life. That belief became the foundation of Future1 Community.

Today, Gospel leads programs that help students communicate clearly, use technology responsibly, develop workplace readiness, and gain real-world experience - before they're expected to "figure it out" on their own.

"Parents and partners deserve to know the person guiding students is trained, experienced, and accountable. For more than eight years, I've worked directly inside public school systems and youth-serving environments."

Our mission

Every CTE student deserves AI fluency, real employer experience, and proof they're ready.

Future1 is the only platform where students in every CTE cluster use AI tools, complete live employer challenges, and build credentialed portfolios - all in one place. Our work focuses on six things:

AI as a skill thread

Every CTE pathway uses AI - we teach students to use it like a professional, not just play with it.

Real employer challenges

Students solve actual problems posted by employer partners. No simulations, no busywork.

Portfolio-ready proof

Every finished challenge becomes verified, badged work students can show employers and colleges.

Responsible AI use

Guardrails, examples, and templates so students learn AI with credibility - not shortcuts.

Direction & purpose

Aligned to all 14 CTE pathways so students move forward knowing where they're going.

The whole student

Confidence, communication, and resilience built alongside technical and AI skills.

Monthly workshops

Live workshops with the founder. Free to attend, every month.

Two live workshops every month - open to students, parents, and educators. Click a card to see the dates, what we'll cover, and reserve your spot.

Why this matters

We refuse to accept "just show up, get grades" as success.

More than 20% of youth ages 12–17 experience a major depressive episode each year, and anxiety diagnoses among adolescents are up over 60% in the past seven years.

Over 40% of high school students report feeling persistently sad or hopeless (CDC, 2023). Suicide is the second leading cause of death for ages 10–24 (NIMH).

Schools that overlook mental health, soft skills, and real resilience leave millions of young people unprepared. At Future1, we stand for change: we build wellness, leadership, AI literacy, and career readiness - because youth deserve more than surviving. They deserve to thrive.
