Refund & Cancellation Policy

Student membership ($29/month)
You can cancel any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if you have not actively used training content.
Books & digital products
Digital purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 25% of the content has been accessed. Email support@future1community.com with your order number.
School & employer plans
Annual plans are governed by the signed order form. Pro-rated refunds may be available for unused months at our discretion.
Scholarships
Scholarship-funded memberships are non-refundable; unused scholarship funds return to the program.
How to request a refund
Email support@future1community.com or call 952-222-1304 with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
